For todays look I decided to create a neutral eye using the Milani Powder Shadows which can be found at your local drugstore or online at milanicosmetics.com ($5.99 each). I used the following shades to create this look today:
- White Lie: A very soft and smooth white matte shadow
- French vanilla: Also a very soft and smooth matte shadow but more of a cream shade
- Brown Stone: Also a very soft and smooth matte shadow in a dark brown shade
- Pearl: Soft and smooth shimmer shadow in a cream shade. similar to French vanilla except its shimmery not matte.
To create this look start by using an eye primer to make the shadow last longer. Then apply a white shadow all over the lid (I used White lie). This will allow your other shadows to pop a little more. Then apply a cream shimmery shadow (I used Pearl) to the center of your lid and. Then apply a dark brown shadow to the outer V and blend it into the crease (I used Brown stone). Then use a matte cream shadow similar to your skin tone (I used French Vanilla) and place under your brow bone and anywhere you need to clean up. Lastly, make sure everything is well blended together and apply your favorite eyeliner and mascara!

Summary
Rating: A
Overall: I have really been loving these powder shadows! They are very soft and smooth and apply very easily. The payoff of the shadows are great and not to mention they are super affordable. I would love to see them in a quad so I don’t have to pull out a bunch of single shadows but other than that I really love them!
