Hot Pants. The revolutionary workout pants that have so many singing praises over them are in fact pretty great
Now when I say great, I DO NOT mean pretty flowers and fashion. I mean results. Zaggora was very generous and allowed me to review the capris and Kristyn the shorts.
I started out with short little excercises and let me tell you– you sweat like crazy! Even after 5 minutes I just knew taking them off was going to be icky. Yes, icky, sticky and sweaty! Sorry if that grosses anyone out but it’s true. With that being said, make sure that you drink a lot of water becuase you need to make up for the sweat loss. Eww, but yes, just do it.

I’ve gained more than I’d like to over the last year and am trying to get back into the habit of working out and at least getting back into shape. These have really helped me kick it up a notch! They do run a little bigger, so be sure to check measurements. It’s much better that they be tight, becuase hopefully over time they’ll start to fit, and eventually even be too big! Also watch out for the tag at the top. If you’re the kind of person who has to keep the tag on, it can get a little itchy, so either suck itup and cut it off, or do what I did and just fold the top lining over and outwards and it stays out of the way!
I’ll definitely post the updates as I keep using Hot Pants, and I really hope that it’ll be good!
The original Hot Pants are actually capris that come in black or nude. Now they now offer capri flares, and flares (pants), not to mention the all new Viva Hot Pants (which are also capris) that come in some spunky colors, brighten up your workout and have been reformatted for extra-awesome fitting and results.
My favorite are the capris because they cover past your knees. The back of my thighs could use some work so that’s the perfect coverage without overheating. I do think that it would be nice if they had a little more variety in their sizes, because if I fit the small, someone who weighs the same as me that is a foot shorter will most likely be needing something smaller as they get closer to their target weight. Same with the larger sizes. I have some “fluffy” friends, as they call themselves who would love a pair but they aren’t made quite big enough. Other than that I have no problem with the pants!
Go check them out, and if you have tried them, let us know what you think!
Also, stay tuned as I’ll be adding in Kristyn’s point of view on her Hot Pants!
